Program terms
Program name: bOpus Account and Service Alerts.
Message types: line-down alerts from Ai.Downtime, page activity notifications from KnowHow, meeting reminders from BackPlan, and replies to your customer support requests.
Message frequency varies and is set by the alerts and notifications you turn on. A user who turns on line-down alerts may receive several messages a day during an outage; a user with only meeting reminders may receive a few a month.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP, or turn the setting off, or email support@bopus.ai.
Written and verbal consent collected during onboarding uses this same wording; text-message consent is a separate optional box, never required to complete onboarding.
